Description
Main method of treatment for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is multimodality therapy including surgery and chemoradiation therapy (CRT). The authors report the results of 70 organ-saving operations. According to the literature, radical organ-saving operations in NSCLC can be a method of choice when combined with CRT. The indications to pre-operative and postportative CRT in this group of patients require further investigation and elaboration.
