Test quality control analysis of reactor coolant pump motor

  • 1. Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., Fuqing of Fujian (China)

Description

A nuclear power plant is the first domestic plant adopting millions of kilowatt-class three-bearing-structured reactor coolant pumps (short for main pump). Moreover, as the essential part of the whole pump group structure, main pump has realized its first full nationalization in its R and D, design and manufacture. The article gives detail introduction to the main structure design of main pump motor, focusing on the motor test characteristics and the problems existing during this process. Based on above summary and analysis, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to optimizes main pump motor test quality, in order to improve the purchase quality of main pump motor as well as provide some reference to the engineering.
