State diagram of the Er-Tl system
Description
The state diagram of the Er-Tl system is plotted. The recently unknown intermetallic compounds Er2Tl and Er5Tl4 are found. X-ray diffraction and metallographic analyses of all compounds formed in the Er-Tl system are conducted. The common regularities of the alloys and compounds of binary R.E.M.-Tl systems are noted
