Description

Non-destructive testing technique was developed for embedded hardware using acoustic emission sensors. In this technique, the fixed state of the embedded hardware can be judged from the vibration time and the frequency distribution of the acoustic signal. In this report, we introduce inspection method and analysis method at site and the application result of JNFL by nondestructive inspection technology of embedded hardware using AE sensor. (author)
