Study of the nuclear reactions 208Pb + 58Ni and 208Pb + 64Ni with a focusing time-of-flight spectrometer
Description
In the first part of this thesis the construction of a time-of-flight spectrometer for heavy ions with magnetic focusing is described. Then ion trajectories are calculated, and the effective spatial angle and the angular resolution are determined. In the second part the study of quasielastic transfer and deep inelastic reactions of 58Ni and 64Ni with 208Pb at E=265 MeV respectively 260 MeV by means of this spectrometer is described. (HSI)

Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit wird der Aufbau eines Flugzeitspektrometer fuer schwere Ionen mit magnetischer Fokussierung beschrieben. Die Ionentrajektorien werden berechnet, und der effektive Raumwinkel und die Winkelaufloesung werden bestimmt. Im zweiten Teil wird die Untersuchung von quasielastischen Transfer- und tief inelastischen Reaktionen von 58Ni und 64Ni mit 208Pb bei E=265 MeV bzw. 260 MeV mittels dieses Spektrometers beschrieben.
