Description
Some cases of spontaneous fallout of phase in alkali metals with alkaline-halogen crystal lattice are considered in the chapter. Conditions of stimulated producing of new phase in ionic crystals because of temperature increasing, photolysis and radiolysis action are analyzed. It is noted that main reasons of new phase formation under radiolysis and photolysis are as follows generation of aggregation particles, charge exchange of existing defects and its clusters
