Polarographic determination of vanadium(V)
Description
A simple method is described for the determination of vanadium. Al(III), Ni(II), Fe(II,III), Hg(II), Mg(II), Ca(II), Sr(II), Cr(VI,III), W(VI), Mo(VI), Zn(II), Mn(II), Cd(II) and Th(IV) do not interfere. The method is simple, in the concentrations usually encountered. The wide applicability of the method is shown by the satisfactory analysis of synthetic samples containing analytically important elements. (author)
