In two decisions of December 17, 1980 - 7 OVG B 55/80 and 7 OVG B 114/77 - the Higher Administrative Court of Lueneburg decided in two proceedings concerning provisional legal protection against some licences granted for the Brunsbuettel reactor that the operation of the nuclear power plant may be continued for the time being, subject to a certain, provisional restriction. Abstract (German)

Das OVG Lueneburg hat mit zwei Beschluessen vom 17. Dezember 1980 - 7 OVG B 55/80 und 7 OVG B 114/77 - in zwei Verfahren betr. den vorlaeufigen Rechtsschutz gegen mehrere Genehmigungen fuer das Kernkraftwerk Brunsbuettel dahingehend entschieden, dass der Betrieb des Kernkraftwerks mit einer gewissen vorlaeufigen Einschraenkung vorerst fortgefuehrt werden kann. Die schriftlichen Entscheidungsgruende liegen noch nicht vor. (orig./HSCH)
