Experimental technique of determination of critical parameters of the 'Ukrytie' FCM based on the pulse neutron exploring and the following measurement of nonstationary neutron field characteristics is considered. Pulsed neutron generator detector and computing systems are described. The purpose of this work is to increase nuclear safety of the 'Ukrytie'
