Electron mechanism of electric transfer in solid Tasub(1-x)Crsb(x)Sisub(2) solutions

Description
The results of studies on electrical resistivity and thermal-electro-moving force of the solid solutions on the basis of tantalum disilicide are presented. It is shown that the electrical properties depend on the physical and technological parameters and that highly movable holes are main carriers of electricity
