QCD radiative corrections to parton-parton scattering
Description
We present the matrix elements squared for all (2->2) and (2->3) parton scattering subprocesses calculated at O(αsub(s)3). The matrix elements are presented in n dimensions to regulate singularities due to the emission of soft or collinear radiation. We use these results to discuss one-hadron inclusive scattering, considering only a limited number of parton subprocesses. A preliminary analysis is made of the implications of our results for gluon-gluon scattering in the absence of quarks. (orig.)
