Oxygen kinetics at a low temperature irradiation in YBa2Cu3O7-y HTSC

Description
A model describing kinetics of disordering of oxygen atoms of YBa2Cu3O7-y HTSC under irradiation is created. Dependence of oxygen atom concentrations in crystal lattice point in YBa2Cu3O7-y HTSC on fluence (average number of shears) under low-temperature irradiation for various y is calculated. Two alternative models of oxygen atom disordering are found. 'Critical' concentration of defects is reached at lower fluences in the second model. But to establish applicability of one or another model it is necessary to determine experimentally the change in oxygen point population under irradiation
