Experience with the new hypo-osmolar contrast medium Iopamiro, Bracco in peripheral arteriography

Description

Properties of ionically dissociating and hypo-osmolar contrast media are discussed and the results of investigations with the new hypo-osmolar contrast medium Iopamiro are given. The contrast medium was used in peripheral angiography of 51 patients. Subjective complaints, objective findings and the sensitivity reaction to the contrast medium are discussed in detail. The applicability of the contrast medium for peripheral arteriography seems to be excellent. (author)
