Phase relations and transport properties of alloys in the Bi2Te3-TlGaTe2 system
Description
Using physicochemical analysis, the Bi2Te3-TlGaTe2 system is shown to contain Bi2Te3- and TlGaTe2-based restricted solid-solution series and a liquid-liquid miscibility gap in the composition range ∼12-30 mol % TlGaTe2 . The power factor (α2σ) of (Bi2Te3)1-x (TlGaTe2)x solid solutions with 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.02 is suitable for thermoelectric applications

Методами физико-химического анализа исследована система Bi2Te3-TlGaTe2. Выявлено существование ограниченных областей твердых растворов на основе исходных компонентов и расслаивание в жидком состоянии в интервале ∼12-30 мол. % TIGaTe2. Установлено, что твердые растворы (Bi2Te3)1-x (TIGaTe2)x (0.01 ≤ х ≤ 0.02) обладают приемлемыми для термоэлектрических преобразователей энергии значениями термоэлектрической мощности (aα2σ)Additional details
