Preclinical study of 199TlCl injection as a new varieties of thallium myocardial agent

Description
As a new varieties of thallium myocardial imaging agent, 199TlCl injection was identified with its pH, chemical and radiochemical properties, pyrogenic aspects, safety test and animal distribution with myocardial study etc. From the results of biochemical properties and animal experiment it was demonstrated that the quality of 199TlCl was quite well and acquines the repqurments of its clinical use. Therefore suggested that clinical application should be urged
