Phase equilibria in Tl2Te-Zn(Cd)Te systems

Description
Using the methods of differential thermal and X-ray phase analyses as well as by the measuring of microhardness Tl2Te interaction with Zn(Cd)Te is studied. The state diagrams of quasibinary systems Tl2Te-Zn(Cd)Te present state diagrams of the eutectic type. It is shown that to evaluate the energy of intermolecular interaction according to cross sections of the eutectic type of complex systems in the approximation of regular solutions the data on the dissociation degree of the initial compounds are necessary
