Description
An interesting quantity that may provide visible insight into the state of matter in the early stage of nucleus-nucleus (AA) collisions is the net entropy, which is believed to be roughly conserved between initial thermalization and freeze-out. After freeze-out, when particles are freely streaming, entropy remains fixed
