Solar wind effect on Jupiter's non-Io-related radio emission

Description
It is stated that Jupiter's decametric radio emission has been monitored for over 20 years since its discovery in 1955. In 1964 it was discovered that the decametric radiation is strongly modulated by Io. It has been established that there are other types of decametric radio activities which are not modulated by Io, and it is shown that these non-Io-related decametric radio activities are affected by solar wind conditions around Jupiter.
