Vibrational spectra of SrLn2O4 type double oxides

Description
The vibration spectra of crystalline binary oxides SrLn2O4 (where Ln-Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Y, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) have been studied. Theoretical group analysis of the vibrations has been conducted and theoretical calculation of the vibration spectra of SrLu2O4 and SrY2O4 has been performed for two structurally non-equivalent directions in a crystal. On the basis of the calculation the frequencies of the vibrational spectrum have been assigned and the force field of the crystals has been evaluated
