Exciton spectra of pure and oxidized surfaces of CdS crystals
Description
The paper deals with the investigation of exciton spectra of pure surfaces of CdS crystals obtained by spalling in liquid helium as compared with the spectra of oxidized surfaces of these crystals. Surface exciton states of two types have been found. It is supposed that one type of states is bound to surface defects, the other - with space charge
