A study on cosθ dipole magnet used for superconducting collider

Description

Superconducting cosθ dipole magnet is widely used for construction of high energy superconducting accelerator as basic element. The success of an accelerator depends on the property of the magnets. The results of the investigation and analysis of the magnet are presented. A method to determine conductor position quantitatively in the magnet is given. Thus the multipoles inside the dipole magnet could be efficiently controlled and an ideal design of the magnet is expected
