Growth, structure and electrical properties of La2CoMnO6 crystals

Description
Crystals of La2CoMnO6 with dimensions (2-5)x(2-5)x(1-3)mm3 were grown by high temperature solution growth method (HTSGM). The crystals were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The resistivity of the specimens of La2CoMnO6 at room temperature was 1:29x102cm. Three shallow levels were established from the measured temperature dependence of the conductivity (authors)
