Description

Two pregnant patients presenting with bronchogenic carcinoma are described. A retrospective study of patients with bronchogenic carcinoma as well as a review of the literature attest to the rarity of this combination. If current smoking patterns continue, the association of pregnancy and bronchogenic carcinoma will increase in frequency. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Es werden zwei Faelle schwangerer Patientinnen mit einem Bronchialkarzinom beschrieben. Eine retrospektive Ueberpruefung der Patienten mit Bronchialkarzinomen und die Durchsicht der Weltliteratur bestaetigen die Seltenheit der Kombination Bronchial-Karzinom und Schwangerschaft. Wenn bestehende Rauchgewohnheiten bestehen bleiben, duerfte sich in Zukunft haeufiger ein Bronchialkarzinom bei schwangeren Frauen finden. (orig.)
