Study on the breaking of the space parity in the 113Cd(n,γ)114Cd reaction

Description

The lecture presents an analysis of results of investigation on spatial parity breaning in the 113Cd(n,γ)114Cd reaction, where odd effect is seen in asymmetry of the angular distrubution of γ-quanta while capture of polarized thermal neutrons, or in circular polarization of γ-quanta while capture of non-polarized neutrons. Results are given for γ-quanta with energies from 8.5 to 9.5 MeV
