Electrophysical investigation of LiTaO3-WO3 system

Description
Electrical properties - spec+fic volume electric resistance (rhosub(v)) and permittivity (epsilon) of composit+ons of the system LiTaO3-WO3 in the temperature range 20-500 deg C are studied. It is found that all the compounds have a negative temperature coefficient of electric resistance. It is established that at temperatures 20-500 deg C rhosub(v) is in the range of 101-105 ohmxm, and epsilon changes from 20 to 97000. High thermo-sensitivity for all the compositions under study and continuous epsilon increase with the temperature growth are pointed out
