Flavour structure of weak charged currents
Description
The 5 following conclusions can be drawn from this presentation: 1) the mixing matrix is well determined by present data on weak decays of b, c, s -quarks, except b → u; 2) weak mixing angles show hierarchy: sin(θ12) > sin(θ23) > sin(θ13); 3) the coupling to the fourth generation is limited since sin(θ14) < 0.10; 4) the constraints from the lengths of the sides (from Vub, Vcb and Vtd) and independently from CP violating processes (εK and sin(2β)) indicate the region for the apex of the unitarity triangle: Re(Vtd) 0.0071 ± 0.0008 and Im(Vtd) = - 0.0032 ± 0.0004; and 5) the CP violation in quark sector appears to be explained but not sufficiently for baryon asymmetry
