Education of engineering specialists in Bulgaria for recruiting in nuclear sector
Description
There is lack of qualified engineers in the energy sector (in particular thermal and nuclear energy). The technical universities are not able to provide the expensive education only through financing from taxes. There is need for help from recruiters by influence to the three main education factors: lecturers, students, and equipment. There is a need of a coordinated activities between the companies and universities to attract new specialists for these jobs
