Effect of radiation-induced defects on the electrical and optical properties of cadmium antimonide single crystals
Description
Effect of irradiation by gamma quanta and fast reactor neutrons on electrical and optical properties of cadmium antimonide monocrystals was investigated. It is shown that radiation defects of donor and acceptor type, connected with lattice eigendefects, form under neutron and gamma radiation. The rate of formation of donor type defects exceeds the rate of acceptor center introduction. 11 refs.; 4 figs
