Electromigration separation of 95 Zr ionic species from nitric acid solutions
- 1. Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares, Mexico D.F. (Mexico)
Description
Electromigration separation of the chemical forms of zirconium was performed without previous separation of uranium. In nitric acid uranium solutions containing zirconium traces, the products consist of a mixture of species of different structures and compositions formed as a function of the time of preparation by the subsequent chemical reactions.
