Description
To see cavity assembly environment effect on the performance, a L-band niobium cavity with cavity performance: Qo ∼ 3x1010 and Eacc,max=29 MV/m was disassembled and subsequently reassembled in the various clean areas. As a result it was made clear that the cleanliness of real class 100 is required to keep the high cavity performance. (author)
