Component degradation by radioactive radiation and its consequences for the design of radiation-resistant electronic circuits
Description
Bipolar transistors, MOS and boundary layer field effect transistors, Zener diodes, integrated operational and transimpedance amplifiers are examined by means of irradiation experiments. Important information was obtained on insulating materials of the measurement structures, eg: on plastics, ceramics and PCB's. The simulation by means of numerical network analysis acted as an aid. Radiation-resisted circuits were tested and designed. (DG)

Mittels Bestrahlungsexperimenten wurden Bipolartransistoren, MOS- und Sperrschicht-Feldeffekttransistoren, Z-Dioden sowie integrierte Operations- und Transimpedanzverstaerker untersucht. Wichtige Erkenntnisse ergaben sich ueber isolierende Aufbaumaterialien der Messstrukturen, z.B. ueber Kunststoffe, Keramik und Leiterplatten. Als Hilfsmittel diente die Simulation mittels numerischer Netzwerkanalyse. Strahlenresistente Schaltungen wurden getestet und entworfen. (DG)Additional details
