Description

Interaction of molybdenum (6) with resarson and 2,2',4'-trihydroxy-5-chlorazobenzene has been investigated spectrophotometrically. It is established that in dilute solutions with the concentrations of the reagent Csub(R) (resarson or 2,2',4-trihydroxy-5-chlorazobenzene) and the element Csub(Mo)=1x10sup(-4) to 1x10-6 M in the range of pH values 1 to 2.5 complex compounds of molybdenum are formed with the ratio of the components [R]:[Mo]=1:1. Identity of the chemical mechanism of Mo interaction with both compounds is shown
