Description

The paper is devoted to comparative estimation of construction materials radiation damageability. Incubation period of sup-size displacement atoms effect on point defects recombination is exhausting by 1 d. p. a. dose. Effective influence of carbide-forming elements on point defects recombination and radiation stability is exhausting by dose of 10 d. p. a. Development of near ordering (NO) in of Ni-Cr alloy system is determining by Cr content. Then in the alloy long ordering (LO) is developing. Origin of the ordering creates in the lattice has trigonal distortion. In the direction are parallel to the same atoms layers of lattice parameter is increasing, and in the perpendicular one it is reducing. Zones with diverse preference for vacancies and interstitials are forming. Structure distortions in Ni-41Cr-1Mo alloy at neutron irradiation contributing to increasing of recombination both vacancies and interstitials, and to reducing of hole pairs. Examination of defects by annihilation methodic the Ni-32Cr-1Mo alloy (irradiated by electrons in NO and LO states with, energy 5 MeV at 200 deg. C) is carried out
