Description
Because high-energy electron penetrability is strong, needs to use the thick detector. In the CBERS project, lithium drifting detector was formerly used. Because the lithium drifting detector has the noise in a big way, unstable and so on the weakness, we have used the ion implantation PIN detector on the new generation of instrument. But, PIN detector thickness is limited, thus we used the parallel method. This article carries on the experiment and the analysis on the PIN detector parallel application, proves its feasibility.
