Pseudoanalyticity and minimal surface in electromagnetic perturbation of the Kerr geometry

  • 1. Department of Applied Science, Hong Kong Polytechnic, Hong Kong

Description

Maxwell's equations are reduced in the Kerr geometry to a form which shows that, aside from certain 'kinematic factors', the NP components φ0, φ1 and φ2 are pseudoanalytic. A representation for these components is then derived which may be useful for numerical investigations. (Auth.)
