Amendment of the Ordinance of the Federal Department of Economy (DFEP) on export and transit of goods

Description
The Ordinance of 30 March 1983 was amended by reference to the Ordinance of 7 March 1983 on foreign trade in goods. The amendment suspends in particular the system of permits for materials other than debris of nickel alloys whose content is more than 1 per cent by weight of thorium, yttrium, zirconium etc oxide (Customs Tariff Number ex 7503.0000). The amendment entered into force on 1 January 1990. (NEA)

L'Ordonnance du 30 mars 1983 a ete modifiee par reference a l'Ordonnance du 7 mars 1983 relative au trafic des marchandises avec l'etranger. La modification prevoit notamment la suspension du regime de permis pour des matieres autres que des dechets et debris en alliages de nickel contenant en poids plus de 1 pour cent d'oxydes de thorium, yttrium, zirconium etc (no. du tarif ex. 7503.0000). Cette modification est entree en vigueur le 1er janvier 1990Files
