Absorption edge and photoelectric properties of MgIn2Se4 single crystals

Description
Results of spectral distribution of absorption coefficient, photoconductivity (PC) of MgIn2Se4 monocrystals and photo-emf of surface-barrier structures (SBS) on their base were given. Energy gap of MgIn2Se4 crystals were determined. It is shown that they are photosensitive and are characterized by exponential absorption edge in the region of photon energy being less than energy gap
