Description

At high energy (200-400 MeV), the differential cross sections for the photodisintegration of 3He and for the radiative capture of p on deuteron, related through the detailed balance, are not in agreement. Because of the controversy on photodisintegration measurements it is at the time being perilous to draw any conclusion on a failure of time reversal invariance. This review attempts to make the point on the existing data and on the possibility to have a clear answer on these discrepancies in a near future. (orig.)
