System of InAs-InSe-As2Se3

Description
As2Se3-InSe and InAs-InSe systems were studied by the methods of physicochemical analysis. Their state diagrams were plotted. New InAs2Se4 compound was revealed in As2Se3-InSe system, and In2AsSe compound - in InAs-InSe system. Both compounds form according to peritectic reaction at 878 and 1073 K respectively. Liquidus surface of InAs-InSe-As2Se3 system was constructed. The major part of liquidus surface is occupied by the fields of primary crystallization of InAs, In2Se3 and InAs3Se3 compounds. Reactions, proceeding in studied system during phase crystallization, were determined
