Galvanomagnetic effects in Gd-doped InSb

Material possessing p-type of conductivity is produced on the base of InSb(Gd) synthesis and growing technology developed. The maximum galvanomagnetic effect in kinetics is achieved in the region of magnetothermal emf inversion temperature. 3 refs., 4 figs
