20Kh13 intered steel

Description
Investigated has been technology of the 20Kh13 steel fabrication of powders, prepared using the method of diffusion saturation as well as mechanical and corrosion properties of the sintered steel. On the basis of investigation results determined is the carbon amount which is necessary to introduce into the charge to produce steel of the composition required. It has been shown that the sintered steel has corrosion resistance not worse than the cast steel. Mechanical properties of the sintered steel can be increased by heat treatment procedures usually applied to the cast steel
