New methods for extrapolating masses far from stability

Description
An 'Interactive Graphical' tool has been built for observing the surface of masses and making close extrapolations. The predictions of 13 models are thoroughly examined with that tool, there predictive powers are evaluated, and the coherencies of these 13 predictions are studied, allowing thus to set up a method, based on averaging these predictions, for medium-range extrapolations.
