Factor analysis (the principal component analysis) is used to analyze the K, U, Th data of Xiazhuang ore field, the first principal component is suggested to reflects the original content and distribution of the mother of radioactive elements and the load factor of is U on PC1 suggested to reflect the initial uranium deposition.
