The power law spectra of relativistic electrons in a plasma in a random magnetic field

Description

The problem of self-consistent spectra of relativistic electrons and radiation in a plasma with random magnetic fields is considered. It is shown, that the relativistic electron spectrum can be described by a power law with index γ = γ + 2, where γ is the index of the magnetic inhomogeneity spectrum. A spectrum with γ = 3 is formed at higher energies. (Auth.)
