La(Bsub(2/3)sup(1)Bsub(1/3)sup(2))Osub(3) ternary oxides with perovskite structure
Description
In the vacuum at 1250 deg C from simple oxides La(Bsub(2/3)'Bsub(1/3)'')Osub(3) ternary oxides are synthesized, where B'-Mnsup(2+), Cosup(2+), Nisup(2+); B''-Nbsup(5+), Tasup(5+), with rhombic perovskite structure characterized by ordered arrangement of two- and pentavalent cations. X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopic investigations data are given
