Creators

Description
Highly crystalline ternary metal nitride halides MNX(M=Ti, Zr, Hf; X=Cl, Br, I) have been prepared. The crystals are layer structured band insulators, which are changed into superconductors with moderately high transition temperatures Tcs up to 25.5 K upon electron-doping via intercalation.
