Excitation spectra in two coupled quantum well system

Description
The quasi particles spectra, reorganized in the course of e-h pairing, are calculated in the system of spatially separated electrons (e) and holes (h) in the basic state. Dependence of the spectra on the distance between the wells and particles concentration in the system of two bound quantum wells is discussed
