Quasi-one-dimensional and three-dimensional quantum corrections to conductivity of noninyetacting electrons and negative magnetoresistance in Mo2S3 monocrystals

Description
Complex analysis of experimental results on the dependence of the electric conductivity on the temperature and magnetic field in Mo2S3 monocrystals is carried out. The 105-145 K and 34-12 K temperature ranges investigated lie below the maxima on the conductivity versus temperature curve. A conclusion is drawn on the primary role of transition from quasi-one-dimensional to three-dimensional quantum corrections to the conductivity of non-interacting electrons with a temperature decrease in the Mo2S3 monocrystals
