Sensing stuff for the detectors of heat radiation

Description
The thermoelectric and thermomagnetic properties of AgSbTe2 and Bi0.88Sb0.12 have been investigated in the temperature interval 80-350 K. It was shown that the relativity high values of thermoelectric and thermomagnetic factors allows to possibility using these materials as a sensitive material in thermal detectors of infrared radiation
