New corrections to the hyperfine splitting in muonium and hydrogen

Description
Analytical expressions for radiative corrections to the hyperfine splitting of the relative α2(Zα) order, induced by polarization insertions to external photons were obtained. A new contribution is equal to ∼ 1.2 kHz for muonium and ∼ 0.39 kHz for hydrogen
